There are a couple of softwares that allow you to view your Linux partition from Windows in an explorer like window enabling you to share files between the two operating systems.
Explore2fs is a GUI explorer tool for accessing ext2 and ext3 filesystems. It runs under all versions of Windows and can read almost any ext2 and ext3 filesystem.
YAReG is a free graphical frontend for rfstool. It provides easy and comfortable read access to your ReiserFS formatted Linux partitions through an user interface familiar from Windows Explorer.
With UFS Explorer you may browse most used file systems and extract files from there.
Now it supports UFS/UFS2 (BSD), ReiserFS/Ext2/Ext3 (Linux), HFS+/HFSx (MacOS) as well as FAT and NTFS. It supports physical disks, including USB mass storage devices and set of virtual disks: VMWare, MS Virtual PC, MacOS .DMG (both raw and 'chunked' with ZLIB compression) and plain RAW disks image files.
